Have had an eye test and wanted to write a review as I felt my partner and I received a first class service from Charlie with regards to choosing glasses. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained the whole process. He is definately an asset to Faversham Specsavers.
The Optician dispatched the wrong perscription by his own admission! I picked the glasses up 2 weeks later and the glasses were unwearable and they got sent to have new lenses fitted which I got told would be really quickly. So now I have been waiting again over 2 weeks more to receive my glasses. Not impressed.
Specsavers for me have been nothing but efficient and helpful. Always polite, always informative and this branch have worked really hard to create customers. Charles has always dealt with any issues I have had really efficiently. Thanks for the great service.
