Totally disgusted with the way I was treated , took my car in as it had developed a strange noise on way to work , they said they would take a look , but was not happy as I hadnt made an appointment!!! A few hours later they called me to say nothing wrong with it ! So I went to collect , paid 24, as they said they had road tested it !!!!!!! As I drove out the noise was still there so drove back in ,and explained to guy in workshop , he told me to wait for the owner I presume who was out ,he came back onto the forecourt, and upon seeing me , gave me a disgusting look , I explained the noise was still there, more so when in gear , and in reverse , he stated in a undemaening tone , WELL YOU DONT DRIVE IN REVERSE DO YOU ,and its the clutch going, no offer of doing the job, just told me it will probably get me home .CLEARLY IF YOUR A LADY ON YOUR OWN DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE ,
