Really fun swimming pool was lovely reasonable price for what you get and had a lovely day out!

Caravan was nice & clean , staff were a bit rude and clearly can't be bothered - sitting on phones when should be serving, advertised "Hi tech games zone for kids" - arcade machines were broken not giving children the tickets they had won or just eating the money ,staff weren't bothered and kept letting other children put there money in to be be very disappointed, towards the end of a 3 day stay none of the machines were working yet arcade wasn't shut to stop children losing their money! Breakfast is also terrible . Won't be back .

We stayed here recently on 2 separate occasions. We loved it so much the 1st time, we went back just a few weeks later. This holiday park is perfect if you enjoy a more slower paced holiday. I'd say it suits pre teen children. It's not a massive park, and a lot of the vans are privately owned. It was just perfect for us, lovely friendly staff in the clubhouse, shop and swimming pool. Food was great too. If your looking for a lively action packed holiday, then this isn't the place for you. But if you want a more chilled and quieter holiday, then I'd highly recommend Alberta holiday park.

Booked Alberta Holiday park with the kids for a week. We went for the Silver Plus caravan and to be fair when we arrived the caravan was very clean and tidy although very basic and my sons bed didn't have a sheet on it! Not the end of the world but still. The website advertised there was entertainment every night and a kids club hence why we booked here. Well all I can say is there was hardly any entertainment in the evenings for kids and didn't see any sight of any kids club going on in the day!! They have a small swimming pool outside split into 2 sections. One for smaller children and this was full of flies!!!! We noticed it was not covered in the evenings so what do you expect I suppose!! The caravans are very close together and the parking is quite shocking too! And to top our stay off I was having a shower the day we left and the shower fell off the cubicle as the fixing was corroded!! (See pics) If you are looking for a holiday park that is packed with entertainment then this in my opinion is not for you! I'm just glad we had a car to explore elsewhere! Kids were so bored we left a day early.

We had a great week here. The company 'Park Holidays' seem to dominate this stretch of coast, and I think we might have tried all of them in Kent. The staff and generally friendly, helpful and welcoming, though sometimes think they need.another person on shift. The services on site are good and the children's entertainment is pretty consistent and well delivered every night. We didn't get to try the outdoor pool as we were not in the right part of the season. The beach is literally a stones throw from the park. The caravan was nice, clean and had all we needed. Also dog friendly. Hopefully we will go back again soon.
