A lovely little place to unwind over a cup of tea and delicious cake - gluten-free and dairy- free options as well. Staff are very friendly and put you at ease - it's got a very welcoming atmosphere. I came out with a smile on my face and will go back again when I'm back on a visit to Faversham.

Really good authentic coffee. Amazing space. Friendly staff. Good value. Very cool :-)

A very unique space used to its potential! Great coffee and selection of snacks. Romana and Mike have a great vision for their future events too, so worth keeping an eye out for that!

This fantastic old prefabricated tin panel church has been converted into a lovely little bar and cafe. The service was slow and to be honest a bit chaotic but I think that's just because they've only just opened. I will give them another chance in a few weeks once they're settled in and hosp for the best. The cakes were lovely and the sausage roll was to die for once they arrived!

Right - so the Hot Tin is now officially in use! I was lucky enough to be part of the launch of the 2018 Faversham Fringe. This event was held at The Hot Tin in August 2018 - and what a superb venue to hold it in. And what wonderfully welcoming, friendly and all-round damned good eggs the owner and staff proved to be! As to the building itself, I'm not sure a theatre person could ask for more. I performed a piece of my fringe play at the venue and I can absolutely confirm that as far as intimacy, atmosphere and sheer embracing warmth are concerned the Tin is in a class of its own.I've often found that performance spaces that operate in a building that was not originally any kind of theatre (exactly as is the case with the Tin Church) have a unique and particular quality that breaks down audience/performer barriers like nothing else. This is just what The Tin has in buckets - and it's priceless. And in simple, practical - dare I say technical? - terms it is also top notch. The lofty ceilings and extensive areas of timber give a pin-drop acoustic for the speaking voice. The unmeddled-with wooden floors ground both performer and audience - while the beautifully quirky and slightly elevated stage is the perfect platform for any act. I can't wait to return and see what else The Hot Tin will offer up to Faversham. Only more extraordinarily good things, surely? Bravo, bravo all round!
