Good wheelchair access can be a little squeeze in some parts, but staff always helpful and even near by customers which I've found to be very nice and polite. For the past 6 years I've been there for a set time of the year for the hop festival which is a wonderful time and so pack with people and even then found it possible to get around and still be served at the bar with no problems.

Usual great service and generally good quality of food. Nice 'pub side' at the front entrance and more casual dinning / child friendly section at the back. Personally I go for child area as nice and airy, also easy access for child changing facilities.
Cheap and cheerful. Ballsed up an order slightly, but gave us a refund without hesitation.Can't knock the price.
