I have been attending this dental practice for over a year now and its only been the last 6 months I have been confident enough to start work on my smile, and teeth due to first I needed a root canal. All I can say is I was so scared, but my Dentist DR MOONIS was incredible, I have build up a close bond as he has been so understanding and caring of my worries but I didnt feel a thing, a root canal is performed in 2 stages and the second stage he said I wont need a numbing injection as I wont feel it and he was completely correct. Now after that is done we are now move on to correction of my smile, and the best part is he talks you through each stage in great detail and doesnt just do the work and leave you for a next check up, he cares truly for his work and clients and Im truly grateful he is my dentist as the work he has done is amazing, once my teeth are finished I will up load a before and after. He has his work cut out with my teeth. :)
Professional, efficient... stress-free :) Moonis Iqbal has to be the friendliest, most calming dentist I have experienced at work in my mouth to date! He and his assistant are reassuring, and the reception staff are always up to speed and welcoming.
I have had to have dental treatment on a very regular basis and as an extremely anxious patient, this could be problematic, however, this practice has always been friendly, thoughtful and patient with me. The reception staff are polite and friendly, always willing to help and despite juggling with patients and phone calls often at the same time, they remain calm and professional, the Dental surgeons are thorough and knowledgeable, patient and caring as are the Dental nurses. The Hygienist has been thorough in her treatment of my condition and has been very caring and helpful throughout the treatment. Appointments are rarely delayed and any last minute timing issues have always been accommodated if required. Despite moving home and nearer to another dental centre, I will definitely be remaining with this practice.
Been a patient at this dentist for over 20yrs, always delivered great service to my Daughter and I.However the last few months they have been exceptional. I decided to go for the Invisalign Treatment as I was very concious about my protruding front tooth. From day one the consultation Moonis Iqbal has been very professional, explaining exactly what the treatment was and my end result.He's been very reassuring and supportive,always there if I have an issue or worry. I'm two months in with the treatment and I'm feeling very excited about the end result, knowing I'm going to be smiling again with confidence. The whole experience so far has been pain free and interesting seeing how a dentist can change your smile in less than a year . Alongside Mr Iqbal has been the wonderful dental nurse Evie who has given me so much support, care and patience . Also the lovely hygenist Tracey and her nurse Millie have been outstanding with their support and patient care .Overall a great team at The Hillton .
I have always had excellent dental treatment here. Not only that but the staff are always polite and helpful. There are few dental practices where you are actually recognised when you go to reception whether you have an appointment or not.
