Sent email on Tuesday 4th September requesting a van with date and times. Was told this was fine. Just rung to confirm and pay but was just told the the drop off time cannot be done so would have to pay for a van for the whole wkend. B#*^#s to that and kts rentals. What a farce. Now trying to sort another van at short notice. Not happy.
Very disappointing , Truck taken to them with a brake fault, after two attempts they were unable to diagnose and correct the fault.
Very good very helpful nice people
