we have used woods garage and the other branch Oak Motors for over two decades, and always highly recommended them to many other friends and family members, sadly over the last few years the standard of work and more over the customer's care services side has declined to such an extent that we will no longer use them after a series of blunders which they will not accept responciblity for and pass on to the costs to the customers, they seem to rely on hit and miss quess work rather than definitive diagnostics which the cutomer has to bare the cost, sadly the service here has become somwhat of a lottery perhapse they have become a victim of their own success? sadly for us this last expensive fiasco we are willing to endure at the hands of this company.
